Water Meter Replacement Scheduling
The Town of Middlebury has contracted with Advanced Utility Services (AUS) to change out your water meter.
Please schedule an appointment for the mandatory water meter replacement using the scheduler below. You may also call 501-274-8844 or email scheduling@ausmetering.com to make your appointment. Please note that someone 18 or older MUST be present the entire time of the installation. All representatives carry proper identification and drive vehicles marked with Town of Middlebury or Advanced Utility Service (AUS) logos. Please report any concerns to Town Hall by calling 574-825-1499.
To use the scheduling app below, please follow these instructions:
1) Enter your name exactly as it appears on your water bill.
2) Enter your account number exactly as it appears on your water bill.
3) Press 'Find my Account' and on the next screen verify your location address and click 'Next: Contact Information'.
4) Please ensure we have a valid email address and/or mobile phone number for confirmation messages. Our scheduling system will send confirmation and reminder text messages to the phone number you provide.
5) Press 'Next: Select a Time' and on the next screen select an available time slot by clicking on the green box in the calendar.
6) Enter any notes or comments that you would like to pass along to the installation team and press the 'Create Appointment' button.
