BuildingThe Town's Water Department is focused on providing quality water to your tap for worry-free use by our customers.  Besides operating and maintaining the water treatment plant and four water towers, the Water Department installs and repairs water meters and backflow prevention devices, reads the water meters monthly, inspects for leaks, responds to complaints regarding high water usage, and inspects new water connections.  The Department has two employees, Christopher Craw and Derrick Otto, that take great pride in providing water that meets or exceeds established water quality standards.  If there is a water break or other emergency during non-business hours, you can call 574-238-8707 to report the problem.  To report a change of address, or billing question call the Town Hall at 574-825-1499.

There are several ways to pay your water/wastewater bill. In person at Town Hall with cash, check or money order. We also have a payment drop box outside the front doors at Town Hall that you can drop your payment off at anytime. You may sign up for automatic withdraw. The automatic withdraw form may be obtained at the office or online by clicking here. Your payment will automatically be deducted from your bank account each month. You can drop the form off in the drop box or e-mail it to info@middleburyin.com to get this set up. To pay by credit card, please click here.
