Tree Board
The Middlebury Tree Board is a volunteer board appointed by the Town Council. The Board participates in the care, preservation, pruning, planting and removal of trees in the public right of way and on Town owned property in accordance with the Town Tree Ordinance. The Tree Board meets on the first Thursday of each month at 7:00 PM at the Town Hall. Tree Board meetings are open to the public.
Under the guidance of the Tree Board, Middlebury has been certified as a Tree City USA community for over 15 years. The current Board members are Larry Carlson, Melody Ellis, Jordan Haarer, Mike Miller, Eric Risser, Al Spice, and Doug Yoder. You may contact the Tree Board at treeboard@middleburyin.com.
